Part of being visible in business means you’re open to being judged & for me, I’ve wrestled with the fact that you have no control over narratives that may be created.

When you’re being yourself, perceptions can feel really personal but getting to express myself is also freedom to me.
So, whenever I post or create, I’ve started asking myself “if no one saw this, would I still do it or say it this way?”
And that’s really helped me make sure I’m staying true to myself.

Opinions are inevitable and part of my journey with visibility has been to really reflect where I see merit, adjust in an aligned way, and then to really just let go of the rest.

Hopefully anyone here navigating their own visibility wounds hears this & remembers that all we can control is staying true to ourselves. 🤍
